The United Nations has rejected the claim of North Korea
Wednesday, June 30th, 2010The UN rejected the claim that North Korea accused South Korean rivals and U.S. troops took heavy weapons into the Panmunjom neutral area. As with Yonhap News on Tuesday (6/29/2010), North Korea’s military warned of the dangers of increasing military power in the region truce.
The UN statement, a written “no transfer of heavy weapons to Panmunjom.”
Meanwhile, North Korea’s claim could be lamented by members of the Military Commission of the United Nations from the United States Maj. Gen. Lawrence Wells. “North Korea does not invite discussion of the parties who oversee the demilitarization of the region,” said Wells.
The relationship the two Koreas are still heating up because of differences about the shooting corvette cross Cheonan. Warships, according to an international investigation, the bullet penetrated the North Koreans. There are 46 South Korean navy soldiers who were killed in the incident. Meanwhile, North Korean party denied the allegation.
